Pastor Pagán is the teaching pastor of our church. He is the founding Pastor and leads our leadership toward a deeper appreciation of God’s vision for the church.

Leslie Marshall

As Office Manager Leslie focuses on contributions, attendance, and support ministry. She is now the veteran of the staff (aside from Pastor) with 10 years of experience.

Jason Swiderski

Director of High School Ministries

Jason comes to us with a real passion for discipleship and seeing students grow deeper in their walk with Christ. He brings years of experience and a degree in Youth Ministry to the table.

Samantha Schmidt

Director of Middle School Ministries

Samantha is a recent graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin as a certified Lay Minister, with specialties in Missions and Youth Ministry. At Concordia she was a leader in the Youth Ministries program, working with inner-city children at a summer day camp ministering to the surrounding neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. She has experience teaching Confirmation at First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Having grown up at Aboite, Samantha is excited to be back serving her church family.

Tama Dienelt

Director of Children’s Ministries and Outreach

Tama has a contagious love for seeing kids connect with each other and grow in their faith. She oversees our entire children’s ministry. Tama also does our AP and financial reporting.

Josh Pagán

Continuing Lecturer

Prior to his current profession, Joshua A. Pagan (M.Div., Ph.D., ABD) served the U.S. Army Special Operations forces as a member of the elite 75th Ranger Regiment and 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (1995-2000). He later graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin (B.A. Liberal Arts) and Concordia Theological Seminary (M.Div. Systematics). He then completed his course work and comprehensive examinations in the Ph.D. program at Concordia (Concentration: Islamic Studies). When not teaching in the church or seminary classroom, Joshua studies questions of science and theology at Princeton Theological Seminary as a grant beneficiary of the John Templeton Foundation. He also recently contracted with C.P.H. as a contributing scholar to the forthcoming publication, Making the Case: Case Studies in Christian Apologetics.
