0 Comments Liturgical Dance Lessons

Article written by the brilliant Ryan, Communications Director on the 23 Sep 2007 , in the Children category

Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with tambourine and harp. For the Lord takes delight in his people.” — Psalm 149:3,4

Arlene Wunderlin has been dancing for the Lord since she was six years old. She has taught dance for the past 29 years. And now, she is gearing up to start a new series teaching kids (and their families) to show their love to God through dancing, right here at Aboite Lutheran Church.

Children from 1st grade and up are welcome to join this free class.

Quick Facts

  • Each dance series takes six to eight weeks to learn
  • Practices will be on Mondays, at ALC on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:00 pm
  • The first session is from October 1st through November 5th
  • The first performances will be on November 11th at both services

Keep an eye out here for information about the second session, to start up in February.
