Christian Yoga is a program that helps you to strengthen and stretch your body while you strengthen and stretch your relationship with Christ.
Using a few small tools, you will learn how to open your body to the healing elements of flexibility and resistance training as you open your heart and mind to God as you focus on Christ’s presence in your life and meditate on scripture. All experience levels are welcome as the instructor will give options for beginners, intermediate, and advanced exercises during class.
You will need a yoga mat, a yoga block, and a yoga strap. Classes are free and held at 4:00pm on Sundays. Johanna, our yoga instructor, is also an instructor at Mind Your Body yoga studio and is consistently maintaining her training and obtaining further education in the art of Yoga through various classes and seminars.
