Our September 7th service with Pastor’s introduction of the Daniel Plan with Dr. Rudy Kachmann was well received! During the 8:30 a and 11a services, there will be an informational table relating to health and fitness available to everyone for more incentives to get healthy!

We have learned that doing The Daniel Plan in community, with a group of friends is the “secret sauce”. People who do the program together lose 50% more weight!September 28th we will start a 6 week series of small groups that will provide instruction and support toward a more healthy you! Each Sunday of the series we will provide a booth of additional information, samples, and more for healthy tips!
